Impersonal financial publishing

Brackit provides general research and educational software. Its signals are not tailored to your finances or portfolio and are not personal investment, legal, or tax advice. Brackit does not manage your money or place brokerage orders. The publisher exclusion is addressed in Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Lowe v. SEC (1985). Eligibility depends on actual activities; this notice does not establish an exemption.

Simulated performance disclosure

Simulated trading results are not actual executions. They may benefit from hindsight and may not reflect real liquidity, fees, or execution conditions. Historical examples do not establish what your account will earn or lose. No profit or investment outcome is guaranteed. The official requirements for hypothetical performance advertising are available in CFTC Rule 4.41.

Options risk and execution responsibility

An option can lose its entire premium. Time decay can accelerate near expiration, and spreads, gaps, illiquidity, or fast prices can worsen execution. Stops, targets, and trailing levels are references, not guaranteed fills or limits on actual losses. You choose whether to trade, select your broker, and remain responsible for your orders and position size. Notifications can be delayed or unavailable.

No Chargeback / Digital Software License

A subscription licenses access to digital research and software; it does not purchase a trading result. Once software access is granted, purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not refund the current term. Contact support about billing errors. This policy does not waive statutory consumer rights or the right to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges.

Acceptance record

By selecting all three acknowledgments and accepting, you acknowledge the publishing, performance, risk, and digital-license terms above. Brackit records your account ID, the server acceptance time, your connection IP address, the agreement version, and a copy and fingerprint of this text for its consent audit. Terminal access also requires an active subscription.
